Account Registration & Personal Information

Each player may register only one account on mm380. Players must provide their real name, accurate contact details, and correct personal information. mm380 reserves the right to close any account registered with false information without prior notice.
1.2 — Account Security
You must keep your login credentials (username and password) secure at all times. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspected theft of your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
1.3 — Account Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their account by contacting the support team. Any remaining eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the relevant policies.
Warning: If we find that you have opened more than one account, we will review your play history and take strict action.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
2.1 — Deposit Methods
At mm380, you can deposit using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit for all methods is 5,000 Ks. Processing time may vary depending on the service and bank you use.
2.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. mm380 will review your withdrawal request and it will normally be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Please note that delays may occur due to bank holidays or pending verification.
2.3 — Financial Protection
Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Transferring funds between individuals or depositing with a third party's money is strictly prohibited.
2.4 — Anti-Money Laundering
mm380 works to prevent money laundering (Anti-Money Laundering) and suspicious transactions. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, we will take immediate action and have the right to restrict the player's account.
Bonus and Wagering Requirements
3.1 — Welcome Bonus
The mm380 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a 25x wagering requirement (bonus amount × 25).
Calculation example:
Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Balance 480,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
3.2 — Bonus Restrictions
- You cannot withdraw bonus funds until the wagering requirement has been met.
- Each player can claim the bonus once only. Claiming it again by opening more than one account is not allowed under any circumstances.
- Play with bonus funds may be restricted to certain game types available on mm380.
- mm380 reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers without prior notice.
3.3 — VIP Level Progression
The mm380 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. VIP tier progression depends on the player's play consistency and activity.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
4.1 — Prohibited Activities
Players are strictly prohibited from carrying out the following activities on the platform:
- Software and code exploitation (Hacking, Exploitation, Bot Usage);
- Repeatedly depositing and withdrawing solely to claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse);
- Playing with multiple accounts (Multi-Accounting);
- Play patterns that resemble commercial trading (Chip Dumping, Match Fixing);
- Passing funds between players to claim bonuses.
If any of these violations are found: we will void the bonus, block winnings, or close the account. This action cannot be appealed.
4.2 — Prohibition on Sharing Winnings
Arranging to share winnings between different players (Collusion) is not permitted. If detected, immediate action will be taken.

Agreement Amendments & Closure
9.1 — Amendments
mm380 has the right to amend these terms at any time. Major changes will be announced on the website. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is announced will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
9.2 — Language & Interpretation
The Myanmar language version of these terms is the official version. If there is any discrepancy between a translation and the original, the Myanmar language version will take precedence.
9.3 — Entire Agreement
These terms must be read together with mm380's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, and together they represent the full agreement between the player and mm380. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.
